## What data we process

- Data you provide: name, email, telephone and message sent through the contact, quote request or newsletter forms.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time, recorded by the hosting server for security and diagnostics.
- Bookings: booking data is collected on the Simple Booking platform, which processes it under its own notice; the hotel receives it in order to provide the stay.

## Why we process it and on what basis

- To answer requests for information and quotes and to manage the stay: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To send the newsletter: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- To comply with tax, administrative and reporting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

## How long we keep it

Information requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for subsequent obligations; newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they withdraw; server technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Accounting data follows statutory terms.

## Who receives the data

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as processors: website hosting and maintenance, email services, the booking platform, administrative consultants. We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for their own marketing. No transfers outside the European Union are envisaged; should they become necessary, they will take place with the safeguards under Articles 44 ff. GDPR.

## Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw consent. Write to info@ducadeste.com and we will reply without delay. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

## Minors

The website is not directed at children under fourteen and does not knowingly collect their data.
