A wellness stay in four versions: Detox, Relax, Energy and Anti-Age. The formula and the price are the same; what changes is the treatment, the sequence of the Tibi Thermae circuit and the dinner menu, chosen according to what you need. € 245.00 per person Sunday to Thursday, € 265.00 on Friday and Saturday, in a Comfort double room. Included in every experience

• One night in the new Comfort rooms with buffet breakfast

Detox — purify, lighten, regain fluidity

• Detox treatment, 50 minutes: revitalises tired skin, stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage, and restores radiance and tone
• Detox circuit: salt room, sauna and ice room, to drain and rebalance the body
• Light menu: barley salad with beetroot and steamed prawns; white fish fillet cooked at low temperature with grilled courgettes and cherry tomatoes, spinach with our own olive oil; sliced fresh fruit (see the menu)

Relax — slow down, breathe, take your time

• Ayurvedic massage, 50 minutes: traditional Indian massage with warm oil that relaxes, relieves stress, nourishes the skin and stimulates circulation
• Relax circuit: salt room, Turkish bath and emotional showers, an anti-stress journey for body and mind
• Three-course dinner: chosen from the dishes of the Grande Carte menu (see the menu)

Energy — reactivate the body, awaken your energy

• Foot reflexology, 50 minutes: stimulates specific areas of the foot to support the body's balance and a deep sense of wellbeing
• Energy circuit: Tibi pool, sauna and ice room, toning for muscles and tissues
• Energy menu: tonnarelli cacio e pepe with crispy guanciale; sliced Danish sirloin with wild mushrooms and rosemary potatoes; tiramisù (see the menu)

Anti-Age — preserve beauty, boost skin vitality

• Anti-ageing facial, 50 minutes: hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamin C and marine collagen soften the signs of time and restore radiance to the skin
• Anti-Age circuit: emotional showers, Mediterranean bath and effervescent tub, to support skin tone and radiance
• Anti-Age menu: crispy baby spinach salad with goji berries, walnuts and avocado; grilled salmon escalope on chard leaves with our own olive oil; kiwi with oranges and pomegranate in maraschino (see the menu)

Terms, supplements and reductions

Valid for all experiences that include an overnight stay, unless different terms are stated for the individual experience:

• Double room for single use: € 35.00 per night
• Additional night: € 65.00 per person, buffet breakfast included
• Reduction of € 10.00 per night for the third and fourth guest in the room
• Extra spa access: € 40.00 per person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; € 50.00 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Spa opening hours

Tibi Sensory Wellness & Spa: Thursday to Tuesday from 10:00 to 20:00, on Fridays until 21:30. Closed on Wednesdays.
