Dining at the Grand Hotel Duca d'Este is designed to serve very different guests with the same care: the working lunch of a conference, the gourmet dinner of a wellness stay, the large event in the ballroom. Four dining rooms and a garden adapt the spaces to every need: from the Granduca Wellness Restaurant, connected internally to the Tibi spa, to the elegant Piramide room with its scenographic indoor pool, up to the Aniene and Tevere rooms, combinable for 500 guests, and the Giardino gazebo immersed in the greenery of the park.
The kitchen reinterprets the flavours of the Italian tradition with a light touch and changes register with ease: working menus and coffee breaks for the conference centre, the Wellness Lunch after the spa circuit, the Grande Carte menu in the evening, up to the bathrobe Aperidinner of Night Spa evenings.
